Every reading includes personal audio in Zarina's voice. Longer readings are delivered as chaptered audio with a combined MP3. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
On a phone you can take a photo directly or choose one from your gallery. On a computer you can drag a file in or select it. You will see a preview and can rotate, crop, replace or retake before confirming.
Yes. The whole experience is built for phones first, including inside the TikTok and Instagram in-app browsers.
Your answers are saved on your device as you type. After payment you can close the page entirely — your private result link is sent to your email when the reading is ready.
Most readings are ready within a few minutes. Longer readings with audio chapters can take a little more. You never need to wait on the page.
Once creation of your personalised content begins, the submitted information can no longer be changed. Please review your answers on the review screen before paying.
Because each reading is individually created digital content, refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong technically, contact support and it will be resolved.
Use Find My Reading with your email address and order number. If you have lost the order number, we can send your order list to your email.
