Every reading includes personal audio in Zarina's voice. Longer readings are delivered as chaptered audio with a combined MP3. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
Yes. The whole experience is built for phones first, including inside the TikTok and Instagram in-app browsers.
Your answers are saved on your device as you type. After payment you can close the page entirely — your private result link is sent to your email when the reading is ready.
Personalized digital content is usually ready within 10–30 minutes after payment is verified and all required information is received. During high service load, temporary external-provider interruption, technical recovery or a necessary quality review, delivery may take up to 24 hours. You never need to wait on the page.
Once creation of your personalised content begins, the submitted information can no longer be changed. Please review your answers on the review screen before paying.
Before creation starts, you can cancel and get a full refund. Once creation of your personalized reading has started, the purchase can no longer be cancelled merely because you changed your mind, disagree with the interpretation or expected a different outcome, because you expressly request immediate performance at checkout. A duplicate charge is always refunded. If content was never delivered, arrived corrupted or does not match what you bought, we first correct it, restore access or re-deliver it at no cost; if the problem is not resolved within 3 business days, the order is refunded. Mandatory applicable law always prevails.
Use Find My Reading with your email address and order number. If you have lost the order number, we can send your order list to your email.
