2. What ZARINA AI provides

ZARINA AI provides individually created, AI-assisted digital content: a written text, an audio (MP3) version and, where the product page lists it, a PDF. Each result is produced from the information the customer supplies in the order form.

The content offers symbolic interpretation and structured reflection. It is created for one named customer and one specific request.

3. Age requirement

The service is intended for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order or to request a free result.

4. Products, formats, prices and currency

Every product page states the price, the currency, the included formats (text, MP3 audio and, where listed, PDF) and the expected length. Prices shown are the total amount payable for that product.

Every product currently available for purchase is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. One announced product, Zarina's Circle, is a recurring monthly subscription priced at $24.90 per month with automatic renewal; it is not yet available for purchase, and its billing interval and cancellation method will be stated clearly on its product page before any purchase becomes possible. While payment integration is pending bank approval, no payment of any kind, one-time or recurring, is taken.

Digital products only. No physical goods are shipped and no delivery fee is charged.

5. How the contract is formed

1. You choose a product and complete the order form in your chosen result language.
2. You review your order summary and confirm the two required consents.
3. You pay through the payment provider. The payment button explicitly states that the action creates a payment obligation.
4. After the payment is verified, the contract is concluded and creation of your personalized content begins.

Placing the order creates an obligation to pay. Payment is currently not enabled on this website while the payment integration is under bank review.

6. Your information

The quality of the result depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for supplying correct, complete and lawful information, and for reviewing the order summary before creation begins.

Once creation has begun, submitted information can no longer be changed, because the content is produced individually from exactly that information.

7. Immediate performance and delivery

Before payment you expressly request that creation and delivery of your personalized digital content begin immediately after the payment is verified, and you acknowledge the effect of that request on the ordinary right of withdrawal.

Delivery is digital: a private result page and an email notification containing the private link. Included MP3 and PDF files appear on that private result page or as secure downloads. Nothing is shipped physically and there is no collection point. See the Delivery Policy for delivery targets and what to do if content does not arrive.

8. Nature of the content

ZARINA AI is a virtual character and an AI-assisted system. The content is symbolic and interpretative. It may identify themes, patterns and possible perspectives; it does not establish verified facts about other people or about future events.

• It is not a medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric or other professional service.
• It does not diagnose, treat or advise on any health, legal or financial matter.
• No prediction, outcome, reconciliation, relationship result, employment, profit, health improvement or future event is guaranteed.
• Decisions and actions taken after reading the content remain your own responsibility.

In an emergency, or in a health, self-harm, abuse, legal or financial crisis, contact qualified local services. ZARINA AI is not a crisis service.

9. Rights in your input and in the AI-assisted output

You keep the rights you lawfully hold in the question, answers, images and any other material you submit. You grant ZARINA AI and its service providers only the limited right necessary to process that input in order to create, review, voice, deliver and support your order.

ZARINA AI and/or its licensors retain all rights in the platform and everything behind it: the brand, the Zarina character, avatar and voice presentation, the website design, the software, the prompts, templates, workflows, catalogue structure and production methods.

To the extent the individualized AI-assisted output is legally protectable and ZARINA AI holds transferable rights in it, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, personal, non-commercial and non-transferable licence to read, store, download, print, privately share and replay the delivered text, audio, PDF and video for your own personal use. No ownership in the underlying platform, system or assets is transferred.

Without our written permission you may not:

• resell, sublicense or commercially distribute the delivered materials;
• republish them publicly at scale as your own product;
• build a competing catalogue or database from them;
• extract them by automated scraping or in bulk;
• use them to train or fine-tune another AI model.

AI-assisted output may not be unique, and it may not qualify for copyright or other exclusive protection in every jurisdiction. No exclusivity is guaranteed.

Mandatory applicable law and the rights of third parties are not affected by this section.

10. Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful or harassing content, or information about another person without a lawful basis.
• Do not attempt to attack, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service.
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts, internal instructions, credentials or other technical secrets.
• Do not use the service to impersonate another person or to provide regulated professional advice to third parties.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order that breaches these rules, and refund it where it has not yet been created.

11. Refunds

Refund conditions are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by ZARINA AI.

13. Availability and suspension

The service may be paused, limited or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security reasons, provider outages or unusual load. Where a paid order is affected, we correct, re-deliver or refund it in accordance with the Refund Policy.

14. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected. Subject to that, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia, without depriving a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions or of the competent forum available under the law of their country of residence.

16. Changes and versions

These Terms may be updated. Each revision carries a version date, and the version accepted at the moment of your order is recorded with that order. Changes never apply retroactively to an order already placed.
